Thea Hansen, arrived in Gdansk Poland in June of 2008 as a Mission Corps volunteer. She was previously working in KC as the Asst. to David Cooper in the Mission Corps offices. She brings with her an optimistic and hopeful attitude and is a terrific asset to our team.

Thea writes: Even as a little girl, I had two deep desires: to be in cross-cultural ministry and to operate a coffeehouse (it seemed the perfect blend of my love for hospitality, music, mentoring, and evangelism). Watching this vision become a reality in Gdansk, Poland, I still think someone needs to pinch me and wake me up; how could it be that these dreams were lovingly set before me by my Heavenly Father? Please pray for our team in Poland as we continue to participate in the work God is already doing here. It truly is Sweet Surrender!
