The NYI in Hungary has been very active in 2008. This is a strong group of youth who are determined to find out what it means to be part of the "kingdom of God".
The Hungarian NNI council planned an NNI congress, a Youth congress in Kiev, a youth weekend, and two youth worship services.
The Hungarian NYI accomplished the NNI congress, the Youth congress - Kiev (see earlier news story), 1 Youth worship service, Youth in Mission: painting signposts on a nature-path, and a year end NYI focus seminar.
At the end of October the Hungarian NNI had the chance to re-focus on the Kingdom of God – to think about the things we heard in Kiev. This event was on a weekend so we had our NNI weekend this year in Budapest. There were 26 youth who attended to hear from the Mainz Germany leadership. Philip Zimmermann, Evan Offutt, and Bethaney Radic spoke at the two day seminar. Numerous youth responded to the moving of God.
